"...more results" button should be present only when there are more results

How to reproduce:
Enter a search term in the aggregator interface, e.g. thieftaker
Click on the button "view" on the first resource with a hit.
Repeatedly click on "More results"
For the example query, there are no more than two results, but the button "...more results" remains. It should disappear when all possible results are shown.
This CAN be implemented because the endpoints report the total number of hits in their SRU response.
