Thanks to Menzo's recent addition to the VLO importer, certain data categories can be white- and blacklisted when they have an ancestor with a specific container data category. 

To avoid actor-language to show up in the language facet, the actor container data category (http://www.isocat.org/datcat/DC-4146) was added to the following components:
