Wired-marker front-end TODO's before 10/04:  
* full annotation update (now only body is updated)
* get menu entry for get cache in client
* setting for public or private annotations as default
* if possible: make clicking  "OK" on log-in frame  of the same effect as clicking "login". The way it is now, is a bit confusing. 

Back-end TODO's before 10/04:
* finish testing/debugging the methods where public read/write/none permission  is involved.
* server-side validation of the clients xml's.
* automatic/automated generation of a shibbolized principal record if it is not in the DB.
* there may be other things popping up on the way. Make a ticket if you spot something.

* draft of test scenario fronentend+backend
