Wired-marker front-end TODO's before 10/04:

• full annotation update (now only body is updated)
• get menu entry for get cache in client
• setting for public or private annotations as default
• if possible: make clicking "OK" on log-in frame of the same effect as clicking "login". The way it is now, is a bit confusing.

Back-end TODO's before 10/04:

• finish testing/debugging the methods where public read/write/none permission is involved.
• server-side validation of the clients xml's.
