* (1) Discussion about the VLO-Facets-Recommendations-Document (see below for the revised version)
 * Descriptions for the following facets accepted without further changes: 1 Collection, 3 Country, 5 Format, 6 Genre, 7 Keywords, 8 Language
 * Facets which shall be omitted: 2 Continent, 4 Data Provider
 * Facet 9 License: separate discussion (cf. below point 2)
 * Facet 10 Lifecycle Status: we recommended the vocabulary proposed within [http://www.isocat.org/datcat/DC-3818 DC-3818]
 * Facet 11 Modality: term "enblematics" is withdrawn from the vocabulary; representatives of the discipline-specific working groups will be asked for their opinion on the proposed vocabulary list (Susanne)
 * Facet 12 National Project: CLARIN-DK or CLARIN-DK-UCPH? --> representatives of CLARIN-DK will be asked for their preference (Susanne)
 * Facet 13 Organisation: Discussion about problematic Data Categories [http://www.isocat.org/datcat/DC-6134 DC-6134:publisher] and [http://purl.org/dc/terms/publisher DublinCore:publisher]: these will be omitted from the list of possible data categories because of too many false positives (centers may have to adjust their resources here)
 * Facet 14 Project: Description of recommendations accepted without changes
 * Facet 15 Resource Type: Description accepted without changes; proposed vocabulary is not coherent from an ontological point of view but sufficiently suitable and usable from a pragmatic perspective
 * Facet 16 Subject: Recommendations on the vocabulary: 1st point is ok to be asked for, 2nd point should be marked "preferable", 3rd point will be omitted
 * Facet 17 Temporal Coverage: Description accepted without changes; clarification: points in time (as opposed to time ranges) can be expressed by usage of the time-coverage-DCs and the Open Date Range format
 * New version of the [https://trac.clarin.eu/attachment/wiki/VLO-Taskforce/Meeting-2015-01-19/VLO-AG_RecommendationsOnFacets.pdf VLO-Facets-Recommendations-Document] (20.03.2015) with all changes included

* (2) Discussion about Facet 9: License
 * "License" will become description facet
 * in case of more than one license per resource (e.g. a resource containing several parts which are published under different licenses) there may be multiple selections of licenses within one metadata record
 * "Availability" will be introduced as a search facet with a small controlled vocabulary (free, free for academic use, restricted, upon-request)
 * a mapping from license information to availability values will be necessary in order to properly fill the "Availability"-facet
  * Thomas will provide a list of current "License"-values and their frequencies within the VLO
  * Peter will ask Erik Ketzan and Paweł Kamocki (both IDS Mannheim) if they could create a mapping based on that list and on work they supposedly already did in that area

* (3) Discussion about non-linguistic resources within the VLO
 * question, if resources which are not interesting for linguists/which can't be considered linguistic resources should or shouldn't be harvested for the VLO 
 * pro: remain open for various resources; facetted search will help the user to select the resources interesting for his/her research question
 * contra: VLO and CLARIN is genuinely focused on linguistic resources; we shouldn't harvest everything that's available but evaluate available metadata records with respect to their usability for linguists
 * result: for the time being the problematic resources should be omitted from the VLO; if such cases re-occur we will resume this discussion
