Make browsing open for anyone (lazy login)

Description
Starting the browser requires login atm, this should be lazy only when switching to private workspace or when editing/importing it should switch ask for user.

I was thinking of asking the wicket community for some hints, but have not yet managed to do so.
Damn didn't get this comment sorry. Yes,I implemented this by providing the login url at the right moments to the user. See the new (1.6) version of the componentRegistry for how it works
