Implement working checks for aai1.clarin.eu and aai2.clarin.eu

Description
Both aai1.clarin.eu and aai2.clarin.eu backend servers (running behind a reverse proxy hosting idp.clarin.eu and discovery.clarin.eu) use self signed certificates. Currently the nagios checks are failing on failed certificate verification.
Checks involved:
CLARIN IdP backend 1 [prod]
CLARIN IdP backend 2 [prod]
CLARIN DS aai1 IdP count [prod]
CLARIN DS aai2 IdP count [prod]
