Milestone CMDI 1.2

A new version of the general component schema that will generate profile schemas that are not backwards compatible with those generated from 1.1. The changes may include among other things new mandatory elements and attributes, and namespace changes. Changes in the general component schema, the component to schema stylesheet and the component registry will be required.
