    1 In order to fix the most obvious mistakes (typos, wrong language codes, etc) it would be nice to have a module in the pipeline that precedes the VLO import that can curate the metadata.
     1To ensure quality of metadata (in VLO) a number of steps can be done: validation, normalisation of values, checking of links, ...

     3Currently curation (mainly normalisation of values) is happening within vlo-importer.  The plan is to develop a separate module encapsulates the functionality and can be reused in different scenarios.

     5Also, this module should be accompanied by a "VLO/curation dashboard", a web application integrating the all the different aspects of the MD processing, especially also the harvesting step (see [[OAIHarvester#ThenewOAIharvesterviewer]] )
