CMDI Releation Registry

Attached to the wiki page there is a document (TDSandRR.pdf) describing a Relation Registry for the TDS system. When compiling the requirements for this RR, the requirements for the CMDI were included and so should be a superset. Another information source is the ppt (MeetingWithAlistair?.ppt) prepared for the meeting with Alistair Burt in Oct. 2009. This ppt has been available also from the CLARIN website, but is better places here too.
