submit the new SP entity via https://talli.funet.fi/rr/sp_edit.php?id=new
make sure the haka test IdP is in your SPs metadata: http://www.csc.fi/english/institutions/haka/instructions/services-tech/test_servers
try to login to the new SP with the HAKA test IdP (Dieter has credentials, or ask haka@csc.fi for it)
send the time of the login attempt to haka@csc.fi and then they will check the log files and move the SP to the HAKA production evironment
