Many MPI-PL records have no MdCollectionDisplayName

Description
As can be seen in the VLO, it seems that the MdCollectionDisplayName is never set for 'lat-corpus' files from MPI-PL's The Language Archive (for 'lat-session' files it is OK)

Paul Trilsbeek of MPI-PL/TLA informed us about the current situation:
we have never added those. Also now we are not adding them to new records, because we don't have this option yet in FLAT. Previously, we just had a perl script to add them once in a while.
For now this ticket serves to document the issue. Would be good to check the status again at a later stage.
