clarin.eu should have information about taskforces

I would like to be able to easily reference the various taskforces also to non-CLARIN developers by pointing them to a website explaining the purpose of each taskforce. At the moment, some of them have such a page on trac (e.g. CMDI taskforce), but others dont'

For example, I weren't able to find out any information about the Knowledge Sharing Infrastructure taskforce, even though it has a slot at the CAC 2018 programme.

I think it makes sense to have basic information about the taskforces (purpose, leader, how can I get involved) directly on clarin.eu.
