Update target for metadata harvesting from OTA

Description
Metadata is harvested by the VLO from the Oxford Text Archive, a CLARIN C-Centre. The OTA has now moved to a new platform, and the OAI-PMH target is now located at http://ota.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/repository/oai/. The records harvested from the new location should replace the old records.

The most recent harvest (last night, 2019-11-04T19:20:54) at the currently configured endpoint (https://ota.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/repository/oai/request) completed without any issues.
Static copy of last night's harvest log attached. Latest harvest log can be found at https://vlo.clarin.eu/data/clarin/log/Oxford_Text_Archive.log

Thanks Martin! I changed some time ago the URL that was configured in the centre registry to
https://ota.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/repository/oai/request
But indeed it seems the harvesting failed:
https://vlo.clarin.eu/data/clarin/log/Unnamed_provider_at_ota_bodleian_ox_ac_uk.log
Can you indicate which URL we should use? http://ota.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/repository/oai/ or the one above?
