Description
A user sent an email saying that she was unable to obtain authentication on the OTA website when attempting to download the item at http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12024/2462. I have arranged for the delivery of the item by other means, but it would be good if someone could check if there is a problem with this IDP.
The message from the user (angelika.zirker@uni-tuebingen.de) is below:
Dear Helpdesk,
I tried to download the YCOE - and got the following message:
The login process can't continue because your home institution (https://idp.uni-tuebingen.de/shibboleth) did not send the required information. Please click the button and send us an email. You'll be also helping your colleagues.
