enhance Terms detail

Description
The treetable of Terms (mainly: http://clarin.aac.ac.at/MDService2/terms/htmlpage/all) needs:
- buttons (in the header) for:
- collapse/expand all,
- flat-list (sorting by: set, index, or some number -> tablsort?)
- columns counting:
- Metadata,
- Resource,
- Unspecified/Unknown?
- %-coverage (of Result/Profile/Collection/All?)
At the same time the tree may need to be reduced when displayed withing the detail-window (index-detail, query-detail)
