add ResourceType searchService to VLO

As we discussed in several developer meetings, cmdi files can have a new resourcetype: "searchService".
usually this will be a cql rest-service (but check the mimetype).

I did some pre-work (in CMDIData.java and Resource.java) , but these need to be added to the solr document still. And the vlo needs to be able to exploit the presence of this info.

Anyway, quite some work to do here!
