Description
Change the way in which the VLO web application and the VLO ingester
obtain their parameters. The change can be regarded as major in the
sense that without it proper debugging and deployment is
cumbersome. At the same time, move to a pure maven deployment, that
is: remove the requirement to run an additional script when installing
the ingester and web application.
