Update refs to infra.clarin.eu

The following was implemented, we need to update the links to the schema en xslt locations:

Please don't do this; a change implies that all CMDI files out there must be changed because they contain lines like this one:

Not really, we can stick with this namespace, it's just a URN. The actual location of the schema file is not affected, so CMDI instances can stay as they are unless we are planning to change the CMDI default namespace and I don't think we are going to do that!
