Use facet "_contentSearchRef" which stores the FCS-link (or is empty if non exists) to add filter for records with content search enabled.

Create a facet to distinguish between metadata records that contain a ResourceProxy? of the type SearchService? and those that don't.
Should be part of a re-evaluation of all existing facets.
