Description
Currently, latin letters with diacritics are sorted according to their Unicode code points in long facet value lists (e.g., http://catalog.clarin.eu/vlo/?wicket:bookmarkablePage=:eu.clarin.cmdi.vlo.pages.ShowAllFacetValuesPage&selectedFacet=subject&facetMinOccurs=1 ).
They should sort under their base letter since this is the usual user expectation.
