Facet "Format": Lots of resources mislabeled "annotation"

Description

In the facet FORMAT, lots of resources are mislabeled "annotation".

An example resource is

Inspecting the metadata shows, that there is:

WrittenResource/Type? annotation
WrittenResource/Format? text/x-chat

The former is included in the facet, the latter provides the MIME type that is the intended content of the facet.

WrittenResource/Format? has a conceptlink to "DC-2465" (="deliveryFormat") whereas the intended meaning of "format" is (currently) the mimetype of a resource. In this case this happens to be the same, but other values in the CMDI world annotated with DC-2465 include things like "mac.zip", "sol.bin", "zip" and "jar". Therefore DC-2465 is not a good candidate for inclusion in this facet.

WrittenResource/Type? is annotated with DC-3900 (="writtenResourceType") which is not part of the "format" facet anymore.
