Consider removal of "Open in original context"

Description

The "open in original context" link contains a bit of IMDI-specific behaviour (​link to IMDI browser), which is now superfluous with the introduction of the LandingPage Resource Proxy.

Also, for the IMDI files the links ​http://corpus1.mpi.nl/ds/imdi_browser?openpath= + MdSelfLink do not work anymore (would require removal of @format=cmdi and the use of openhandle instead of openpath)

Maybe this is a good opportunity to completely get rid of the "open in original context", although for 3.0 there could be a collapsable expert view that still has a link to the MdSelfLink
