I had a look at the metadata at https://svn.clarin.eu/aai/clarin-sp-metadata.xml and as far as I can see it is up-to-date now. So this task can be closed.

You can from now on check the new URL for production-level SAML metadata about the SPF SPs: https://infra.clarin.eu/aai/clarin-production-sp-metadata.xml . I revised the information under https://www.clarin.eu/spf esp. on https://www.clarin.eu/content/where-do-i-find-metadata-national-identity-federations . This hasn't been announced yet, because we're still working on deploying the Metadata Aggregator as soon as possible after which I'll also revise the external documentation on our website in one go.
Has this been handled (it's been three months since filing)?
