Description
During some time, the component registry indadvertedly stored saved component and profile specifications in an expanded state. These instances need to be cleaned up (i.e. collapsed) in the database (a one time action). This needs a lot of care and extensive testing so as not to invalidate specifications or lose data.

Created a utility that applies the stylesheet to all components in the database in ComponentRegistry/trunk/ComponentSpecFixer
