serve IsPartOf-information for MDRecords

Description
The MDRecords returned as recordset by MDRepository shall carry the information, in which collection they reside.
The schema for CMD proposes the element:
/CMD/ResourceS/IsPartOfList/IsPartOf
However this needs to be filled (computed).
This information shall be then made visible to the user in MDBrowser.

This is resolved as part of the preprocessing in which the MDRecords are updated with the IsPartOf-information, referencing all ancestor collections via handles (MdSelfLink of the collection)

There are currently 70 collections on top level (will become fewer with corrected ProxyRefs?). They have 153 306 IsPartOf? in 127 771 resources.
The IsPartOf? elements are currently not enclosed in IsPartOfList? elements and is in CMD/Header together with the MdSelfLink? element.
