decide which sets from The European Library to import

We need to make a selection among the 80 mio metadata records available at:

​http://data.theeuropeanlibrary.org/download/opendata/

Maybe filtering out the sets that are clearly not of interest is the most appropriate way. The largest collections should probably be inspected first.
