Custom error page for VLO web app

Description

When a record cannot be found by its ID, the user now is redirected to the search page with an error message on top. It would be nicer to show an error page that is in line with the VLO style with the appropriate HTTP response code (in this case 404). Same for ..../value/facetname and unknown facet names.

The error page could contain a link back to the main page or search page, ideally passing on any search parameters available from the URL.
