I cannot reproduce this issue in Chrome 44.0.2403.81 beta (64-bit)
Possibly something to be taken up along with #757?

Fixed with the new layout of the resources section of the record page

This one is strange: At first glance, everything looks OK with Firefox 39.0 under Ubuntu. The long file names are neatly broken into two lines after a hyphen. Only when I hoover over the resource proxies with the "scrambled" look appears (and is persistent until I reload the page).
Probably a javascript issue.
