Pagination for large hierarchies

Description

When a user expands a collection in the record view, initially show no more than ~100 children, with an option to load all (also show the number of children). Similar to the mechanism already used to limit the number of parents.
Some collections are really large (at least one over 20,000 records!) and loading takes at least a minute without much feedback except for the wait indicator.
