Change main font on website

Description
The main font used for clarin.eu is Fontello. This is a commercial font that requires a subscription. Since the subscription of our previous webmaster ended (what we only learned 2015-10-20) this is an opportunity towards a more uniform styling with the central web applications.
As a temporary solution we should use the main font as used by the Centre Registry and the Content Search Engine, Roboto. Added advantage is that this is an openly available font that we can host ourselves, instead of relying on fonts.com.
In a next step (task 3.3 in CLARIN+), the CLARIN housestyle will be clearly defined, inlcuding guidelines on fonts. Obviously then the website and the central applications will use that uniform style.

in html.tpl.php in theme clarin.eu 2 regels verwijderd, die naar fontello verwijzen (o.a. fast.fonts.net), omdat elke pagina deze (zinloze) aanroep bleef uitvoeren.

I did some research on web typeface choices before and would like to suggest an alternative. Instead of Roboto, what about the very similar but better typeface Open Sans? This loads faster and has a very high character coverage (e.g., Greek, Cyrillic), which seems not unimportant for a pan-European humanities-related project.

I have been meaning to fix the CLARIN style used by the Centre Registry to use Open Sans as well, but haven't had time to do that yet.

New Drupal theme CLARIN Horizon is enabled now.
In our theme clarin.eu we need to replace all fontello.css and font files with Roboto + change in theme clarin.eu html.tpl.php in <head> the references to fontello.
