On request of Twan a robots.txt is needed for vlo.clarin.eu with the following content:

Created the robots.txt in /var/www/vhosts/vlo.clarin.eu and updated /etc/httpd/conf.d/vlo.vhost.conf proxy configuration to exclude this file:
