Description

Upon successful submission of the ​centre registry webform an error message is shown (see attachment).

Fixed by installing the SMTP module (​https://www.drupal.org/project/smtp).
This module can be configured via URL path /admin/config/system/smtp.
This solution was chosen for the reason that setting up an SMTP client in the website containers and an SMTP relay container is too much maintenance overhead.
