Description
Background
We need to migrate user.clarin.eu in two ways.
- Away from ems04.mpi.nl. See #968.
- To new software, from OpenDJ to Unity IDM with our custom LDAP connector.

Replaced by unity IDM. Currently there is a bare apache running on ems04.mpi.nl, serving as a reverse proxy for old locations. This should still be migrated to the docker-clarin-proxy.
