Description
All data records are generated with same data stamp.
This behavior prevents incremental harvest.

Sorry i was on holidays. Today i deleted Proai database tables content and local cache files to regenerate all the content. Does that fix the problem?

Sorry again, i misunderstood the problem. I didn't find a switch to disable the timestamp generation in the Proai configuration documentation at
http://proai.sourceforge.net/configuration.html
But i'll ask around in the developers group.

Changing date stamps was an unintended side effect to solving a problem with our oai endpoint (which does not recognize updated data records sometimes). But i think we can avoid this changing of date stamps in future by other means.

Kai, can you maybe have a look at this? Would it be something you can change?
