enable CKeditor for pages that contain javascript snippets

Description

For editing pages like content/overview-clarin-centres it is convenient to use CKeditor (for the tables). At this point CKeditor filters out the advanced stuff like javascript.

Editors with permission to edit the full HTML should be able to use CKeditor.

  • Basic setup -> enable Unfiltered
  • Advanced content filter -> disabled
