• decided to go for the latter
• procedure:
  1. everyone gets 3 facets assigned (see ​spreadsheet)
  2. have a look at the reports for the facets and see if you can identify relevant new generic concepts, if so add them to the list (see ​spreadsheet)
     • not all steps in paths need to be covered by a generic concept, only the most salient ones
     • see for same examples the entries made by team generic
     • if you want to add a comment, add your own "comments by" column
     • if you want to respond to a comments, use the google spreadsheet comment functionality
