Notes

- Review changes for availability in TEI header, see if this could be solved with whitelisting (Twan, Menzo/Thomas??)
- Compounds and phrases in suggester: we will look for technical knowledge and information retrieval expertise in our network. Menzo suggests Arjen de Vries (Nijmegen). Issue moved to 4.2 milestone.
