Notes

• Regarding ​#51 (compounds and phrases in suggester): we will look for technical knowledge and information retrieval expertise in our network. Menzo suggests ​Arjen de Vries (Nijmegen). Issue moved to 4.2 milestone.
• Issues ​#22 and ​#41 reassigned to Twan
