This relates to component versioning, see ComponentVersioning.
Add a header element that indicates the status of a component or profile.
In the case of deprecation it should also be possible to define which component or profile is the successor. As described in http://trac.clarin.eu/ticket/142
This information should be included in the XSD after transformation as well.
