theming of a sub-VLO

Some subsets of the VLO should be available as a kind of themed view, which includes:

• an alternative banner image on top (still, a link to the general VLO should be available)
• preferrably a relatively easy URL, like /ds/vlo/clarin-d

Some examples:

• a ​CLARIN-D view with its own banner image

• a Germanistic resources view (for the to be developed collection from Thomas Gloning's FAG)

(This is a kind of meta-ticket that needs some additional ideas/brainstorming from the VLO developers)
