disappearing sessions and loosing locks

Description
When a session disappears, e.g., due to failing session pings (laptop goes to sleep, network problems, timeouts due to server overload, ...) the associated locks are released. ISOcat doesn't recover well from this, i.e., the user gets an message to contact the sysadmin or that he can't lock a DC. This is confusing to users.
Try to get rid of sessions (optimistic locking scheme) or try to create a new session and reacquire locks (if there has been no updates of the DC while the lock was lost).
