Do not allow subsequent components with same root element name

Description
When a component is dragged into another component in the editor, a check should be done on the root element name of the component dragged in and whether this does not equal to the root names of any of its siblings, as this would lead to an illegal XSD.
This check already takes place for inline components (created by using the +component link in the editor).
