Hide Database tab in Settings dialogue

Description
The database tab in the settings dialogue needs to be removed to prevent users from switching to other local databases, because this could potentially break the DWAN CRUD functionality. Observe: only the xul file needs to be changed, the corresponding javascript functions should not be touched.
