New version of the virtual collection profile

Assess the fitness of the existing ​cmdi-virtual-collection profile. Consider compatibility (convertability) with DataCite (see ​http://schema.datacite.org/ and ​https://mds.datacite.org/).

Current profile cannot represent collections of the intensional type. There is a 'GeneratedBy?' component but it has no elements.

The mapping to 'reproducibility' in the current profile is cumbersome:

• Data model vocabulary: Fluctuating / Intended / Untended
• Profile: Certain / Intended / Not intended

The mapping to 'status' in the current profile is cumbersom:

• Data model vocabulary: DEAD / DELETED / PRIVATE / PUBLIC / PUBLIC_PENDING
• Profile: DRAFT / FINAL

at least an equivalent for dead/deleted should be added (deprecated?)

All elements in the current profile are mandatory, while the model used by the application has a lot of optional fields. These should be in line

• collection (container)
• reproducability + vocabulary items (fluctuating,intended,untended)
