Encode state in fragment for bookmarkable URL's

Description

Investigate whether the ​UrlFragment library can be used to encode and dynamically update state (selected facets, search page) in the URL fragment so that the URL as it appears in the browser's URL bar becomes bookmarkable in such a way that the state can be reconstructed (to a reasonable degree), even without page reloads (i.e. after AJAX actions).

Things to encode:

  • Search page
    • Search term
    • Selected facets
    • Results page
    • Items per page
    • Facet expansion state?
