The CMDI transformation output, shown under 'show all metadata fields' in the record page should be enhanced

  • it should visually blend in with the surrounding VLO interface
  • add direct links to the resource location (the content of the ResourceRef element) from components that refer those proxies by means of a 'ref' attribute.
  • make sure it can deal with long values (see report in #728)

Various aspects of the stylesheet have been fixed over a number of recent revisions, with CMDI 1.2 support implemented in ​96cfc and ​05a22.
