Curate the records in LRT inventory

The content of the LRT inventory has been moved to the LINDAT-repository,
however the quality of the metadata is poor and links to resources are missing completely(?).

We need to

1. identify records that are meanwhile already superseded by newer records in the VLO in better shape (and remove those old one in LRT inventory)
2. quantify the records by national project / data provider + identify a possible contact for those
3. approach the national cmdi coordinators or the data providers directly asking them to update the records (this can be done either directly in the LINDAT repository, or by supplying better records in other CMD profile)

Some cleaning has been done, NC were asked to clean up.

But there still seems to be duplicates.
Simple duplicate check on the title will be performed to get a rough picture
and try to clean up.

Can you please check the status of this in VLO now? We have gone through this check/calls/removal recently with Dieter (because the "LRT Inventory" collection in our repository is managed by CLARIN ERIC and us helping). So the problem should be either minimised or gone.

The case of ​​https://vlo.clarin.eu/search?q=DuELME still appears to be unresolved.

Btw., the call for participation in the cleanup was in the Centre news vol. 34 - October 2017. The result was 237 records removed.

The duplicate is another issue, I would say. I probably should not have put it here. We can fix a part of it by retiring tie record in LRT Inventory, but what PID should we point it to? There are still 2 more.
