Postprocessor for field temporalCoverage + Support in Web app

Description

The new field "temporalCoverage" needs some postprocessing (i.e. extraction and reformating of valid values) and later support by the Web app (maybe a dual slider?).

First implementation for Open Date Range Format (ODRF) in r6164, before assigning to vlo-webapp support of W3C DateTime? (​http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime) has to be implemented

Extended support of (simplified) W3C DateTime? (r6257), field "temporalCoverage" now contains values for dates and date ranges based on YYYY((-MM)?-DD)? like

Currently (based on files from 2015-05-13) no ranges are extracted from CMDI files. Most frequent values: "1999", "2005", "2011", "2001", "2013-11-14".

Consider support for the semium.org/time time ontology. It is used in Europeana, see e.g. ​this presentation and a relevant ​Information Standards Quality issue.
