Description

Like at the bottom of the ​EUDAT page we should have a reference to the CLARIN-PLUS support from the EC:

CLARIN-PLUS receives funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 676529.

A small ​EU flag image can be used, in accordance with the ​H2020 guidelines and as shown at the footer of ​RDA Europe.

This footer can be used on all clarin.eu pages, so change can be (like ticket 809) in theme clarin.eu specific file page.tpl.php

I've made an example on a development environment and a screenshot of the resulting footer is in the attachment added to this ticket
